U.S. Recycled Wood Products Brick Oven Fuel

Brick Oven Fuel is a densified, kiln dried wood fuel that excels in wood fired brick ovens. Brick Oven Fuel is 100% wood, compressed to a uniform density of 2lb bricks to provide a long, consistent burn. No binders or accelerents are added. Under extreme compression, the nautral lignin of the wood bind itself back together. Wood bricks consist of a premium hardwood blend, kiln dried to less than 10% moisture, for easy lighting, great heat, consistent burn and little ash. Brick Oven Fuel is the firewood of choice for brick ovens. Cleanly packaged, bringing no dirt, mold, fungus, or insects into the cooking environment. A pallet of brick oven fuel contains 1000 bricks total, neatly packaged into 50 packages of 20 bricks each weighing a manageable 40 lbs. A pallet of Brick Oven Fuel equals at least a FULL (4x4x8) cord of well seasoned hardwood, but takes up less than half the space. Restacking the pallet of 50 packaged takes a footprint of 4 ft along a wall, 20 inches deep, and 5 ft high.
